WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (June 16, 2010) – The 5th annual Wisconsin Dells Waterslide-athon to benefit the Ronald McDonald House in nearby Madison is just days away - Saturday, June 19 to be exact.  Kids and grown-ups are invited to slide as fast as they can at the designated slide at Noah’s Ark Waterpark, with $1 donated by Noah’s Ark for each slide.  The money goes to support the work of the Ronald McDonald House which serves as a home-away-from-home for families whose seriously ill children need to be near their doctors and nurses for often long-term, life-saving care.    WHAT:                       5th annual Wisconsin Dells Waterslide-athon to benefit the Madison Ronald McDonald HouseCharities® WHEN:                       Saturday, June 19, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. WHERE:                     Noah’s Ark Waterpark 1410 Wisconsin Dells Parkway Look for Ronald McDonald’s footprints that lead you to the Black Anaconda waterslide SIGNIFICANCE:      This is a story of family vacationers to Wisconsin Dells helping other families facing the worst crisis of their lives.  The owners of Noah’s Ark Waterpark – brothers Tim and Dan Gantz – have hosted the event from its inception.   And lots of businesses around town have canisters out for the cause too..
