PORTLAND, OR (July 20, 2010) – Motor-centric lifestyle apparel brand Wicked Quick is proud to announce today their new deal with Ford Motor Company to create a series of premium tops featuring a new take on beloved muscle cars of the 1960’s and 1970’s. Through styling, fit, washes and graphic treatments, Wicked Quick will offer a fresh interpretation of this classic time in American history.
Wicked Quick CEO and Founder Tarran Pitschka created the premium lifestyle apparel brand around the concept “Built for Speed,” which combines sophisticated graphic toughness conveying speed, rebellion and attitude with American-made, hand-sewn basics that fit and feel great. Prior to launching Wicked Quick in 2003, Pitschka worked with Ford Motor Company as a Senior Product/Graphic Designer from 2000 – 2002, and designed the Ford Racing Logo now used worldwide in NASCAR, Rally and the NHRA, and designed and produced their executive racing collection. He also created the logo mark for the Harley Davidson/F-150 truck and other badges, as well as product and display cases for all of Ford’s brands at various auto shows.
