Wallenstam sells commercial property on Hisingen

Wallenstam has agreed to sell a 3.467 m² commercial property on Hisingen in
Gothenburg for SEK 33 million, which is equivalent to more than 9.500/m². The
sale will generate a capital gain of about SEK 10 million and an estimated
direct return of 6%.
