Vattenfall Treasury AB is merging with Vattenfall AB

Effective May 1, 2010 Vattenfall Treasury AB, which is responsible for coordinating borrowing, liquidity management and the management of associated risk exposure for the Vattenfall Group, merged with Vattenfall AB.
This change in organization means that Vattenfall Treasury AB’s counterparties from now on will be dealing directly with the parent company Vattenfall AB, which has been guaranteeing all Vattenfall Treasury AB’s business.
