Vattenfall sells its minority stake in German municipal company Städtische Werke...

Vattenfall has sold its 24.9% minority stake in German municipal company Städtische Werke AG, Kassel, to Munich-based Thüga AG.

Upon request by the buyer Vattenfall has agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The closing date of the transaction was December 15.

The sale is part of Vattenfall's group-wide strategy to divest non-core assets.

New wind farm investment of over one billion Euros
