TietoEnator takes a full ownership of European Medical Solutions

TietoEnator has acquired the minority shares, 42 percent, in the joint
venture company European Medical Solutions Group AS that was founded in
year 2000 together with EDB Business Partner. European Medical Solutions
Group AS thereby becomes fully owned by TietoEnator.

TietoEnator is today the leading IT service provider in the Nordic
health care sector with nearly 300 IT professionals specialised in
health care information systems. The acquisition further strengthens the
company´s commitment and engagement in the Nordic health care market.

European Medical Solutions, with 105 employees in Sweden, Norway and
Denmark, is already an integrated part in TietoEnator´s health care
operations. The target is to increase the strength of this powerful
organisation with the aim to create value for the customers and provide
personnel growth for the employees.
