Major acquisition for Ticket in Belgium

Ticket Travel Group has acquired the Touring Club Reizen chain of travel
agencies through its half-owned company Ticket BBL Travel. Touring
comprises 19 travel agencies, with a joint annual turnover of
approximately SEK 375 million.

Ticket established itself in Belgium earlier this year via its half-owned
company Ticket BBL Travel. The operation initially comprised 19 travel
agencies with a joint annual turnover of around SEK 400 million. To date,
the chain has expanded to 25 travel agencies, a CallCenter and an
Internet-based travel agency.

"The acquisition of Touring gives us a clear market-leading position in
Belgium, with over 40 travel agencies," says Ticket's Managing Director
Anders Holst. "This is a major step towards the accomplishment of our
long-term goal - to maintain a market share of over 30% through some 70
travel agencies."

Touring Club Reizen will be changing name to Ticket BBL Travel as early as
January 2000.
