The complete annual report for 2007, in Swedish as well as English, and the prospectus regarding the rights issue in Teleca AB (publ) will as from Thursday 27 March 2008 be available at the company’s webpage www.teleca.com and at the company’s head office, address Dockplatsen 12, SE-211 19, Malmö, Sweden. The annual report and the prospectus may also be obtained from the company via telephone, +46-40 25 30 00. Documents incorporated through reference in the prospectus are also available in accordance with the above.

The prospectus including issue documentation will be distributed to the shareholders or representatives of shareholders, whose names were entered in the share register kept by VPC AB on the record date 27 March 2008.
