Tele2 Sweden acquires more shares in Levicom Broadband

New York and Stockholm - December 28, 2001 - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2", "the

increased its share ownership of Levicom Broadband from 60% to 100% by
acquiring a 40% stake from Levicom International. Levicom Broadband
