StratoComm Corporation, (OTC: STCO) Albany, New York, preliminary to the public release of additional information regarding company progress and status StratoComm has elected to provide the following cautionary information and request to its shareholders. 

It has come to management’s attention that a source has been contacting certain of StratoComm shareholders and various StratoComm business collaborators, relationships and prospective vendors in a manner that in management’s opinion is purposely malicious, disruptive and compromising. Such purposely disruptive conduct has long been suspected and may well date back six or seven years. As shareholders have witnessed, there have been a number of occasions when StratoComm has seemingly been on the verge of meaningful breakthrough only to see months of effort and the commitment of considerable resources inexplicably compromised. Legal counsel has encouraged management to communicate the following.
