Stora Power and Gullspångs Kraft acquire shares

in the Forsmark nuclear power plant
STORA's power company, Stora Kraft AB, and Gullspångs Kraft AB have each decided to exercise their right of first refusal and acquire the Municipality of Karlstad's entire holding in Värmlandskraft-Forsmarksdelägarna AB. The purchase of these shares means that Stora Power acquires approximately 110 GWh and GullspÂngs Kraft about 30 GWh, corresponding to a total of 0.6 percent of the Forsmark nuclear power plant, for a price of SEK 0.72 per kWh.
The transfer of the shares will become effective at year-end 1996.
