Washington, DC, November 2011 -- While the nation pauses this Veterans Day to remember its fallen soldiers, at least one group remains on active duty in support of America’s military service members.
Stars, Stripes, & Hearts, Inc., is a national nonprofit program dedicated to providing resources and support to Latino/Hispanic servicemen and women affected by the invisible wounds of war (PTSD and TBI) and to help facilitate their transition back into a healthy and productive life.
This Veterans Day, supporters of our nation’s heroes are encouraged to join Stars, Stripes, & Hearts, Inc., in paying tribute to our troops by visiting www.starsstripesandhearts.org, where you can Tweet a picture of a loved one to be added to the Virtual Wall of Honor.
The Virtual Wall of Honor was generated to give friends, family and neighbors a place to express their pride and gratitude for loved ones who are serving or have served in the US Armed Forces.
