Resolutions Adopted at the SSAB General Meeting

New Board Members
Carl Bennet and Matti Sundberg were elected as new members of the Board
of Directors. Sverker Martin-Löf, Anders G Carlberg, Per-Olof Eriksson,
Marianne Nivert,
Anders Nyrén and Anders Ullberg were re-elected to serve on the Board of
Directors. Sven-Åke Johansson and Jan Sjöqvist declined re-election.
Dividend
The General Meeting decided upon a dividend of 6 kronor per share. It is
estimated that disbursement of dividends will take place through VPC on
the 29th of April.
