A stunning Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 Touring was one of the highlights at Silverstone Auctions’ recent Spring Sale when it sold for more than £200,000.

This 1973 model had been the recent recipient of a total restoration by leading RS specialist Marc De Siebenthal of Switzerland, no doubt adding to its appeal. The car eventually sold for £204,600, well above its pre-sale estimate.
