Sigma IT Services data centers and infrastructure undergoes a continuous upgrading and improvement in order to meet increased customer demands and also as a way to reduce the energy consumption, which is a prioritized long term goal.
"During the fall and winter we have upgraded the infrastructure capacity in our network backbone so it can handle unimaginable 1Tbit/s in the core equipment. The communication to the Internet has been upgraded with several new 10Gbit/s connections, allowing faster and more efficient capacity utilization for our customers.
