The subscription period in Sevan Marine's subsequent offering expired on July 3, 2009.
The Company has currently registered subscriptions for approximately 38.5 million new shares, however the registration process is not finished and the final number of shares will be announced on or about July 8. Allocation letters will be distributed on or about July 8, 2009 and the payment date is on or about July 13, 2009.
