Securitas receives credit ratings

Securitas has received long term credit ratings from Standard & Poor's and
Moody's.

Securitas has received a rating of BBB+ with Stable Outlook from Standard
& Poor's and of Baa1 with Stable Outlook from Moody's. The ratings will
enable Securitas to access the international capital markets in an
effective manner.
