Securitas acquires Sonasa Madeira S.A.
in Portugal

Securitas has today, with effect from December 1, 1999, acquired the
Portuguese company Sonasa Madeira S.A.

Sonasa Madeira S.A. operates on Madeira and the Azores. The company has today
approximately 500 employees and annual sales of MSEK 59 were guarding
constitutes the main part.

The acquisition price amounts to MSEK 25 and the acquisition is expected to
contribute positively to income before tax from year 2000.

After the acquisition, sales in Securitas' Portuguese operations will amount
to approximately MSEK 970 on a full year basis.
