Per Norell, 52 years old, has been appointed Senior Vice President Group Human Resources and member of the Group Executive Management of Seco Tools effective April 1. Per Norell has been with the company since 1998 and is currently responsible for Global Strategic HR. Per has been responsible for developing and driving Seco’s Top Management Program as well as the Talent Program within the company. His background combined with excellent skills in driving persistence change, gives him the experience and knowledge to succeed in his new role.
