INNSIDERS HAVE ACCEPTED ENIRO'S BID

The following board members and senior employees with Scandinavia Online
("SOL" or the "Company") (OMSE: SCOL; OSE: SCO) have during the period
of time up to 11 January 2002 accepted the public bid by Eniro AB
("Eniro") (OMSE: ENRO) to acquire all the shares in SOL for SEK 11,50
per share.
