Welkins Intressenter increase its holding in Realia (formerly Columna
Fastigheter) and extend the application period.

* Welkins Intressenter AB ("Welkins") has increased its holding
in Realia to 81.7 per cent of the shares after acquisition from more
than 2200 shareholders of additional 414.818 shares during the extended
acceptance period. Welkins holding thereafter amounts to 19,466,220
shares in Realia. Payment for the shares will be received on September
