Ivytan, indirectly owned by EQT V and Lyftet Holding B.V., a company controlled by Bengt Ågerup, announced on the 11 December, 2008 that the public offer to acquire all shares in Q-Med at SEK 39 per share in cash is withdrawn as the conditions were not satisfied during the acceptance period that ended on
