Poolia acquires Utvecklingshuset

Poolia acquires Utvecklingshuset, a company operating within outplacement, job coaching and rehabilitation services.
Utvecklingshuset has been in the business for 12 years and has appr. 20 employees, i.a. psychologists and behavioural scientists, all with a high competence and experience within the business areas of the company. The company has its main operations in central Sweden.
”The acquisition increases our competence and broadens our offering on the Swedish market. We have taken this step to be able to meet our customers’ requirements in different phases and cycles. We also want to develop Utvecklingshuset further to become a nationwide player so that the synergy effects reached through the acquisition will benefit our customers and candidates on the Swedish market as a whole”, says Johan Eriksson.
Utvecklingshuset is consolidated into the Poolia Group as from 1 April 2010.
