EXERCISE OF OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION IN POOLIA
Enskilda Securities has today fully exercised the over-allotment option
for 88,000 shares of series B in POOLiA AB issued to Enskilda Securities
in connection with the institutional offering, which was announced on
November 17, 2000.
