Fritidsresor relaunches Nordic sites with prominent video usage - New Web TV system has improved work-flow across TUI Nordic

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 3, 2010 The leading travel company Fritidsresor has selected and re-launched Web TV using Picsearch. The agreement means that Picsearch now provides all Web TV services in the Nordic region for the Fritidsresor group.
Jonny Lagerstedt, Project Manager for TUI Nordic said of the new service ‘the integration has both significantly improved internal user work-flow and exceeded expectations of customer usage.’
Picsearch’s services have been fully integrated into Episerver achieving an improved work flow, allowing employees to update videos and campaigns seamlessly, no matter which country or language they are working with.
Together with powering the back-end technology, Picsearch also developed and built a customized Flash Video player. The goals were to increase the customer interaction of the service, achieving higher volumes and bookings.
