All shareholders in Petrosibir have accepted the offer

Temporär Förvaltning i Stockholm AB’s (TFS) offer to the shareholders in Petrosibir has been accepted by one hundred per cent of the shareholders.
It is estimated that the new shares in TFS to be issued to the Petrosibir shareholders will be available for trading mid-June 2009. Given the resulting changes in TFS’s operations and owner structure, the board of TFS intends shortly to convene an extra meeting of shareholders.
