EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF PERBIO SCIENCE AB

At today's it was
decided that the Board shall consist of four Board Members, and to elect
Paul M. Meister, Todd M. DuChene, Jacob Melander and Carl-Johan Deuschl
as new members of the Board. Furthermore, it was decided that no
remuneration shall be paid to the Board Members. At the subsequent
statutory board meeting, Paul M. Meister was elected as Chairman of the
Board.

As previously announced the last day of trading for the shares in Perbio
Science at the Stockholm Stock Exchange is on 24 September 2003 and
consequently the delisting of the share will occur on 25 September 2003.
