Conversion of Peab convertible promissory notes 2005/2008 has been carried through and new B-shares have been registered on 20 December 2007. The total number of registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) has for that reason increased as follows:

The total number registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) before conversion and registering:

174.139.096 shares, representing 350.641.732 votes, from which
19.611.404 A-shares, representing 196.114.040 votes and
154.527.692 B-shares, representing 154.527.692 votes.

The total number registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) after conversion and registering:

174.452.706 shares, representing 350.955.342 votes, from which
19.611.404 A-shares, representing 196.114.040 votes and
154.841.302 B-shares, representing 154.841.302 votes.
