Peab acquires properties from Vasallen

Peab has signed an agreement with Vasallen to acquire a large property portfolio with properties in Borås, Karlskrona, Södertälje and Visby. Access is made on 1 July 2012.
Total acquisition includes 135,000 sqm floor space with a contracted rent of SEK 50 million, and development rights of approximately 360,000 sqm gross floor area.

Peab has been contracted to build educational and office space in the central of Hässleholm. The client is KunskapsPorten in Hässleholm AB and the contract amounts to SEK 106 million.

Peab has been contracted to build a new department store for IKEA in Älmhult. The customer is IKEA Properties Ltd and the contract amounts to SEK 265 million.
