Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair comes to Old Spitalfields Market

Spitalfields, London – On Monday 30th May 2011, Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair is teaming up with Old Spitalfields Market to create a very special Bank Holiday vintage event at the historic London venue.

With free admission to the public, the event will showcase a plethora of traders, offering the very best in affordable vintage clothing, homewares and accessories.

Covering items from the 1920s right up to the 1980s, there promises to be more than 60 stalls offering items that would satisfy even the most ardent vintage fans. This will include genuine vintage, modern-day retro and new items reworked from vintage fabrics, jewellery and accessories.

Judy Berger, founder of the fairs said: "Living in London for a large part of my life, I am incredibly empathetic with shoppers on a shoe string. First bringing our event to the city in 2005, I wanted to provide solace to shoppers who couldn't afford Oxford Street, who were through with looking the same as everyone else on the Tube. With 2,000 shoppers in attendance at each of our Bethnal Green events, I would say that this sentiment still rings true."

"With our Spitalfields venture, we were looking to expand on this.
