Options allocated to new employees in the ODIM group

(Hareid, 2 September 2008) As mandated by the general meeting of 4 December 2007, the board of ODIM ASA allocated options on 1 September to all personnel employed in the group from the previous allocation of shares in February 2008 until 29 August 2008.
These options give their holders the right to purchase shares for NOK 83 each, which is the closing price on the Oslo Stock Exchange at the award date. A total of 1 215 220 options have so far been allocated under the ongoing option programme, equivalent to 2.67 per cent of the share capital at February 2008.
Primary insider Bjørn Roger Andersen has been awarded 3 150 options under the programme. This brings his holding to zero shares and 3 150 options.
