Change in Financial Calendar

Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol "NSEEY") has changed the date for releasing the Third Quarter 2011 results from 16 November 2011 to 22 November 2011.  

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements according to the Oslo Stock Exchange Listing Rules. 

Norse Energy had total contingent resources of ~3.9 TCF (~700 MMBOE) at the end of 2010. The Company has a significant land position of 180,000 net acres in New York State of which ~130,000 are in the Marcellus and Utica shale fairway.
