Group sales for the first half-year 2008 preliminarily amounted to MSEK 3,744 (3,461*), with a sales growth of 8 percent, whereof 5 percent organic growth. At the Annual General Meeting that was held on Tuesday April 22, 2008 it was decided that the Company shall change its name to Niscayah Group AB (publ.). The name is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Company will, as of May 13th 2008, be found on OMX Nordic Exchange (mid cap) in Stockholm under the name Niscayah Group AB (publ.) and with the ticker NISC B.

Peter Ragnarsson leaves Securitas Systems
