The Administrative Court is trying one new case concerning tax evasion

The Administrative Court is trying one additional case under the Swedish Tax Evasion Act for Fabege. The additional tax assessment amounts to SEK 415m and a tax demand of SEK 115m. Administrative Court rejects Fabege’s appeal in tax cases

The Administrative Court has announced its verdicts in several of Fabege’s ongoing tax cases. In its verdicts, the Administrative Court has ruled in favour of the Swedish Tax Agency’s position that Fabege should be taxed pursuant to the Swedish Tax Evasion Act.
