St John’s College help raise pounds for Pudsey

Children in the Infant and Junior departments of St John’s College dressed in spotty socks and ties and brought their teddy bears to school to support Children In Need. Local nursery celebrates the festival of light

St John’s College in Southsea enjoyed another fun-filled Friday morning, this time celebrating Diwali, the Hindu ‘festival of light’.
Nursery and Pre-Prep children spent the morning tasting Indian foods, making rangoli patterns from beans and pulses and having their hands decorated with traditional mendhi patterns. They also made diva lamp mobiles.

St John’s College in Southsea had a Fruity Friday on 15th October.
