Divestment of UK Print Monitor Operations Completed

Following clearance from the UK Office of Fair Trading, all closing conditions for Cision’s divestment of its UK Print Monitor operations to Durrants Ltd have now been fulfilled and the transaction was completed today, September 30, 2009.
