Following clearance from the UK Office of Fair Trading, all closing conditions for Cision’s divestment of its UK Print Monitor operations to Durrants Ltd have now been fulfilled and the transaction was completed today, September 30, 2009. During the fourth quarter of 2009, the parties will cooperate to finalize the transition of the relevant services and customers from Cision to Durrants.

Today, the UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) announced that it will not refer the proposed sale of Cision’s UK Print Monitor operations to Durrants Ltd to the Competition Commission.
