Fabege lets premises in Kungsholmen to Swedish Contingencies Agency

Fabege has signed a six-year lease with the Swedish Contingencies Agency, which is to let premises in the Klamparen 10 property, Fleminggatan in Stockholm. The lease pertains to 5,040 sqm of office space at an annual rent of SEK 16m. Occupancy is scheduled for June 2012.

Swedish Football Association to relocate to Arenastaden, Solna

Fabege has signed a 15-year lease with the Swedish Football Association (SFA) pertaining to the Uarda 1 property in Arenastaden, in Solna outside Stockholm. The agreement encompasses about 4,550 sqm of office and production space, and occupancy is scheduled for November 2012.

Fabege has signed a lease with Björn Borg AB for the property on Apotekaren 22, Tulegatan 11/Kungstensgatan 23. The premises cover approximately 2,000 square metres on three floors and will be used for offices and showrooms. The tenant is scheduled to move in on 1 December 2011.

Fabege lets premises to O’Leary’s for experience centre at Norrtull

Fabege has signed a 15-year lease with O’Leary’s for premises in the Getingen 14 property on Sveavägen 143. In addition to the customary O’Leary’s sports bar and restaurant, the approximately 2,500 sqm premises will include a bowling alley and a game center, as well as a conference section.
