ORDER IN HAND – SIMTRONICS TO DELIVER INERGEN FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE UAE

Simtronics ASA has through its subsidiary Fire Eater A/S, received an order from ADT Italy for INERGEN fire fighting system components to be delivered in the UAE for the Habshan project.

The value of the order is in excess of NOK 2.6 mill. Delivery will take place in June and July 2010.

ORDER IN HAND – INERGEN FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS FOR SOUTH AFRICA

Simtronics ASA has through its subsidiary Fire Eater A/S, received a new order for INERGEN fire fighting systems to be installed in South Africa.

LETTER OF INTENT – ACTIVE FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Simtronics ASA has received a letter of intent for delivery of Active Fire Fighting Systems in the Middle East. The work will be executed by the Simtronics subsidiary Water Mist Engineering AS in Norway.

The letter of intent has a value in excess of NOK 20 million. Delivery will take place during 2010.
