Sectra receives major order as Sweden strengthens its security

FMV, the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration, has ordered more products for encrypted telephony from Sectra. The products will be used by the Swedish Defense Forces and the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, where work to increase security and protect sensitive information against new threats will continue. Sectra launches new Tiger for secure telephony

Tomorrow, Sectra will launch a new mobile phone for secure telephony, Sectra Tiger 7401, which is as simple and easy to use as a commercial mobile phone. It has the same flexibility as Sectra’s Tiger XS voice enqryptor and support for such features as satellite communication. The product will be put on show for the first time at Infosecurity.nl, the IT security trade show held on November 3-4 in the Netherlands.

Sectra speeds up Swedish network encryption

Sectra has been commissioned by FMV, the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration, to develop a high-speed crypto. Swedish Defense Forces streamline peacekeeping forces’ communications
