Apollo Hospitals and Medicover partner to develop private hospital in Poland

Apollo Consulting Services, the consulting arm of the Apollo Hospitals group and Medicover Group, have signed an agreement to explore the development of a pioneering full scale private hospital in Warsaw, Poland.

The new share issue in Medicover Holding S.A. has now been completed. The new share issue was oversubscribed with 124%. 1,708,638 shares, representing 96.0% of the offered new shares, were subscribed for with preferential rights.
