Torkel Segerstedt Appointed Acting CEO of NeoNet

Torkel Segerstedt has been appointed as acting CEO of NeoNet.

Since May 2003, Torkel Segerstedt has served as a member of the Board of
NeoNet. Prior to that he had an assignment as Head of Swedish Equities
at Handelsbanken Asset Management in Stockholm. Mr Segerstedt, 41 years
old, holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management
from Linköping Institute of Technology.

Present and CEO, Torvald Bohlin, resigns on his own request, after
fulfilling, among other things, the listing of NeoNet on the Stockholm
Stock Exchange, and successfully establishing the company as an
international player. Mr Bohlin will continue as a member of the Board
and fulfil some specific assignments, especially the integration of the
resent acquisition of Lexit.
