NeoNet AB’s Nomination Committee

In line with information announced in connection to the notice of NeoNet’s latest Annual General Meeting, the representatives of the Nomination Committee are hereby announced. The Committee will propose candidates for election to the Board of Directors, such proposal to be decided at the Annual General Meeting 2008.

Peter Lindell

The Nomination Committee intends to announce a proposal of candidates to the Board of Directors in advance of the Annual General Meeting of NeoNet in April 2008. Shareholders representing approximately 41 percent of the votes have appointed the Nomination Committee.
