President and Chief Executive Officer Alf Göransson to leave NCC

Alf Göransson, President and Chief Executive Officer of NCC AB, has decided to leave his position at NCC and has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Securitas AB. He will assume his new position at Securitas no later than March 5, 2007 and will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer of NCC until then.
“We thank Alf for his contribution during the past five years, when he has directed the work to make NCC stronger, more stable and more profitable. The company is currently well equipped for continuing to spearhead the transformation of the Nordic construction sector by focusing on profitability, new purchasing patterns and an increased degree of industrialization, as well as the partnering form of cooperation,” says Tomas Billing, Chairman of the NCC AB Board.
The process of recruiting a new President and Chief Executive Officer has commenced.
