NCC to sell road-marking operations to Geveko

NCC and Geveko have signed a Letter of Intent pursuant to which Geveko
will acquire NCC's road-marking operations.

These operations are currently conducted in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and
Poland under the brand names Entreprenadlinjer, Norskilt and Nordisk
Vejmarkering.

In 2002, the operations generated sales of approximately SEK 150 million.

The parties' intention is that the transaction will be completed by
February 2004 at the latest.
