NCC to expand Årsta Mail Terminal for SEK 200 million

NCC has received an order regarding the rebuilding and expansion of the Mail
Terminal in Årsta, outside Stockholm. The contract is worth SEK 200 million
and work will be conducted on a turnkey basis.

The project includes the building of a 34,000 m extension and the rebuilding
of existing premises.

Construction work, in which approximately 40 skilled NCC workers will be
engaged, will commence immediately. The project is is scheduled for completion
at the beginning of the year 2000.
