NCC to build nursing home in Tromsö for SEK 120 million

NCC and its Norwegian subsidiary, NCC Eeg-Henriksen, have jointly received an
order from the Municipality of Troms¤ in Norway to build a nursing home and
nursing residences for people suffering from dementia.

The project will involve a total of 10,000 square meters of floor space, at a
contract value of approximately SEK 120 million.

The nursing home will be ready for occupancy in November 1999.
