NCC to build container terminal in Finland for SEK 230 million

NCC Puolimatka has been commissioned to build a container terminal in Mussala
Harbor, Kotka, in southeast Finland. Work will commence in January 1999 and be
completed in June 2001. The terminal will be able to receive vessels as of
December 2000.
"This contract consolidates our position in the Finnish civil engineering
market and means that employment at our unit in eastern Finland is now secured
for the next two and a half years," says Olavi Knihtilä, Head of NCC
Puolimatka's civil engineering operations. "
