NCC sells property in Finland for SEK 137 million

NCC Finland has concluded an agreement with the Finnish Employment Pension
Fund regarding the sale of Plaza Piano in Helsinki for SEK 137 million,
which will generate a healthy capital gain for NCC. The property will be
completed in May 2001.

Plaza Piano is the first unit at Business Park Plaza in Vantaa, just
outside Helsinki, close to the international airport.

Plaza Piano has 7,800 square meters of floor space, plus a connected
garage with 180 parking spaces. The property is virtually fully leased to
companies whose operations require close proximity to the airport. Plaza
Piano will be completed in May 2001.

Business Park Plaza in Vantaa consists of three equally large buildings
that are connected to each other. In addition to Plaza Piano, the business
park comprises Plaza Presto and Plaza Forte, construction of which will
commence in February 2001. When Business Park Plaza is completed, it will
accommodate some 40 companies and approximately 1,200 workplaces.
