NCC sells land with residential contract for SEK 400 million

NCC Housing has closed an agreement with Fastighets AB Förvaltaren regarding a transfer of land that is prepared for construction and an accompanying residential construction contract in the area of Ursvik, in Sundbyberg, outside Stockholm. The transaction comprises two residential blocks, with a total of 265 rental apartments and is valued at approximately SEK 400 million.
“Through this transaction with Förvaltaren, we are involved in contributing to more rental apartments being constructed in the Sundbyberg and Ursvik area, where NCC has already built 167 single-family homes and 101 apartments,” says Danne Stattin, Department Manager at NCC Housing, Stockholm Region.
The construction contract will be included in order bookings for the first quarter of 2010.
